Charl shares his global experience through a professional, interactive customer approach and supports Organizations to continuously improve. His 15 years worldwide experience as AIB International auditor and trainer is sure to add value to your organization, together with 10 years in the Food Industry in various roles from Product and Process development Technologist to Quality and Food Safety Manager.

Garth Lategan

Contractor

Garth is a seasoned Food Safety Professional with over 20 years’ experience in the Food industry and a deep entrenched footprint in all aspects of food manufacture. He possesses an extensively wide scope of industry experience from dry goods, plant and spice matter, fruit, to dairy, bakery, sauces, and wine manufacturing. As a well-known and respected FSSC 22000 and BRCGS Lead Auditor with major CB’s in South Africa, he is an expert in understanding the link between the operational requirements of the industry and GFSI recognized food safety standards and Food safety & quality culture.

Klaus Bowers

With over 20 years working experience in the food industry as Food Safety Auditor, Quality & Food Safety Manager, Klaus brings with him knowledge on auditing Agricultural commodities and products for export and import and their related requirements amongst others, including having Global GAP training. Having worked for AIB international he picked up a wealth of knowledge in GMP inspections of the food and beverage manufacturing industry through his international travels to various countries mainly in the Middle East and Africa. With a PCI Food Safety Train-The-Trainer Award form TSI Quality he is able to provide various levels of Food Safety and HACCP courses to add value to your company.

With a Master's degree in Food Science, International Lead auditor and Trainer with DQS Germany, and a strong background in Quality, Food Safety, and Production management with PepsiCo (Ethiopia), Ashenafi brings with him a host of skills, knowledge, and experience sure to add value to your current programs. He has helped several companies in Africa develop and implement Food Safety and Quality Management systems along with training them in these requirements.
