The Advanced Food Safety level 5 from Awarding Body, TSI Quality Services is an EIAC (Emirates International Accreditation Centre) accredited course.
Food outbreaks and Product recalls are more common these days and have a significant impact on public health and food businesses across the world. This course is aimed at providing in-depth knowledge on related topics to ensure understanding and application during such events.

Who Should Attend:

The course is aimed at Management level candidates in the Food & Beverage Industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

1) Diploma (Minimum 2 years) or degree certificate related to food safety (OR) TSI EIAC Accredited Advanced FS Level 4.

2) Evidence for Experience (e.g. Letter from your company, CV, etc. which shows 2 years experience in food safety, including 1 year at least in a managerial or supervision role).

*Note: *If a candidate has a postgraduate degree certificate (e.g. Master, PhD, etc.) related to food safety, then NO need for industry experience.

Duration: 5 days onsite or public course
