HACCP as an effective and rational way of assuring food safety from harvest to consumption. Preventing problems from occurring is the paramount goal underlying any HACCP system. Seven basic principles are employed in 12 Steps for the development of HACCP plans. For a successful HACCP program to be properly implemented, management must be committed to a HACCP approach.

Who Should Attend:

The course is targeted at the Food Safety/ HACCP team and other staff involved

in the maintenance of the Food Safety Management system.

*Prior knowledge of PRP’s/GMP’s is recommended.
