This course from TSI focuses on the Risk-based approach which prioritizes inspections based on factors that are likely to lead to food-borne disease. In other words preventive rather than reactive.
The course is targeted at the Food Safety team, Operators, Supervisors, Management and other staff involved in hygiene inspections or internal audits.
