Intermediate Food Safety Level 3

This course builds on the Level 2 course and provide learners with an Intermediate level of food safety covering Pathogenic bacteria, Good Hygiene Practice, Food Safety Operations and Food Safety Regulations.

Who Should Attend:

Snr Operators, Supervisors, middle management and quality assurance staff.
The course is targeted at the Food Safety/ HACCP team and other staff involved in the maintenance of the Food Safety Management system.

*Prior knowledge of PRP’s/GMP’s is recommended.

Duration: 2 days Onsite
