This course builds on the Level 2 course and provide learners with an Intermediate level of food safety covering Pathogenic bacteria, Good Hygiene Practice, Food Safety Operations and Food Safety Regulations.

The course is targeted at the Food Safety/ HACCP team and other staff involved in the maintenance of the Food Safety Management system.
*Prior knowledge of PRP’s/GMP’s is recommended.
